CHRISTCHURCH & WILLOW LAKE CHANGE TO DAYTICKET WATERS
Up until 2012, Linch Hill Fishery was an exclusive syndicate fishery for a select membership. With the recession hitting most peoples pockets, a yearly fee for a membership place was getting hard to find. With this in mind, and listening to the many comments and 'chat' on fishing forums, we have taken their advice, and, beginning from the new fishing year, 1st April 2013 we are offering Christchurch and Willow Lake as dayticket waters.
STONEACRE will be the only syndicated lake on the complex with just 45 places.
Linch Hill Fishery boasts some of the most beautiful fish in the UK with upwards of 20 x 40lb+ carp between Christchurch and Willow Lakes. Stoneacre, the largest, at 47 acres is residence to 2 known 50lb+ carp - Bitemark & Chocco! - AND ALSO NOTE that our ENTIRE stock of fish in all 3 lakes are ENGLISH FISH ONLY. The lakes have never been stocked since we have been there - 18 years and as far as we know only from English waters before that, by Amey Roadstone.
Managers, Julie & David Todd take care of the day to day running and management of the fishery. Living on-site, those that know them will agree, their loyalties to Linch Hill and its anglers are second to none. A number of baliffs are also on hand so there is always somebody around to answer any questions.
For those unfamiliar to Linch Hill, we have ample secure car parking and excellent toilet and shower facilities as well.
NEW IN 2013 .....We are pleased to announce that starting the 2013 season, our onsite cafe, CAFE K, will be opening it's doors. Offering delicious hot cooked meals, fresh cut sandwiches (for those who don't want to leave their rods at lunchtime!!!) and of course the good old all day British breakfast. For an up to date menu & opening times, see our Cafe K page on the website. Note also that the Main Office will also stock bait from two excellent bait companies, Oxford Carp Baits & Infusion Baits along with a range of last minute tackle supplies from Swim Tackle.
